Support

toody is built by one person — Lennard Behrends. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, the fastest way to reach me is email.

email

support@toody.day

I read every message. Replies usually go out within 2 business days, sometimes sooner. If something time-sensitive comes up (a crash on launch, a sync that ate data, a billing surprise), say so in the subject line and I will jump it ahead.

what helps me help you

A short description plus the following details usually solves the problem in one round-trip:

For HealthKit or sync issues, also let me know which permissions you've granted (Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → toody, and Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → toody).

I will never ask for your Apple ID password, your iCloud password, or your subscription receipt over email. Apple handles all of that.

A small but real heads-up: ordinary email is not encrypted end-to-end. If you write to me, please do not paste anything you would not want sitting in a normal mailbox — for example, raw Apple Health data, photos of medical documents, or detailed clinical history. A short description of the symptom is almost always enough.

subscriptions, refunds, billing

Subscription billing is handled by Apple, not by toody.

If a refund or billing situation feels stuck after talking to Apple, email me and I will help advocate where I can.

data, export, delete

If you want a more thorough wipe — for example, you have already deleted the app and want me to confirm there is nothing else — email me. There is no toody account on a toody server, because toody does not run a server that holds your data. The only places your data can live are on your devices and in your own private iCloud database. I'll confirm that to you in writing if you ask, and I'll happily walk through which iOS toggles still need flipping for the wipe to be complete.

feature requests & feedback

Yes, please. Email support@toody.day with the use case (what you're trying to do) rather than just the feature (the implementation you'd like). The use case helps me find the simplest solution that fits the app's voice.

bugs

If something broke, please include the steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what actually happened. If iOS shows a "share with app developer" prompt after a crash, tapping Share helps me see the anonymized stack trace.
